The passion of our people is our greatest strength. Macphie has been investing in people since we opened the Glenbervie factory in 1973 with only a handful of staff. Today, Macphie employs over 300 people between two sites and since being awarded the Investors in People standard in 1999 we have been reaccredited twice and are now recognised as ‘IIP Ambassadors’.
