With 300 members of staff, we want to encourage staff to enjoy wotking at Macphie and feel they have all the skills and tools they need to do their job to the best of their ability. We maintain a real culture of learning and are seen as a model of excellence in the field of training and development of our people. No matter what area you work in you'll receive a full induction to help you settle into your new role and regular performace reviews.

In a recent International Food & Drink bench-marking project, Macphie had the lowest turnover of staff in the industry. Coupled with continuous training to upgrade skills this ensures consistency, superior quality and customer satisfaction. We have an accredited learning centre at our Glenbervie site and successfully run SVQ programmes across many disciplines .
