Christmas Pudding Ice-cream
Ingredients:
Christmas Pudding
1 litre Macphie Panna Cotta
100g Caster Sugar
Macphie Brandy Sauce
Method:
To make Christmas pudding see separate recipe.
Pour Macphie Panna Cotta into a saucepan and gently heat to 85-90ºC, stirring continuously.
Stir in caster sugar until it has dissolved.
Churn in an ice-cream maker until thick. Leave to cool down and stir in pieces of Christmas pudding.
Pour into a suitable container and freeze.
Prior to serving remove the ice-cream from the freezer and allow to soften.
Finish with Macphie Brandy Sauce. Serve with shortbread stars see separate recipe
