Crème Brûlée

French for “burnt cream,” Macphie Crème Brûlée has a rich, creamy consistency, appetising flavour and aroma. Use a chef’s blow torch to caramelise a thin, crispy layer of sugar on top before serving.

Unopened the packs do not require chilled storage, once opened the packs must be kept chilled and be used within seven days. Each 1 litre pack contains approximately eight portions. Once the desserts are made up they can be kept refrigerated for two days. Available in 12x1 litre packs.
