They contain less fat than double or whipping cream and offer many advantages. No only do they whip up to 3-4 times their original volume - that's 50% more than dairy cream, but they remain stable with the addition of colour, flavours and alcohol.

The aseptic packaging assures a long, ambient shelf life, unopened, and makes for easy storage. They are made with vegetable oil and milk proteins and are suitable for vegetarians. Available in a wide range of pack sizes from 12x1 packs to 1000kg bulk units.
