Our extensive range of concentrates and mixes for producing fermented goods ensures that we have a product to meet your every need. The range includes everything from Bread, Softie and Scottish Morning Roll Concentrates right up to Cinnamon fillings and spreads for Danish pastries and our Ready To Use Crossing Paste in uniquely designed easy to use sachets.
All of our Ferments have a long shelf life and are supplied in bags, pails and cartons that can be closed and kept until the end of shelf life.

Each product is packaged with the end user in mind, whether in an easy open sack, pail or sachet in sizes ranging from 8 x 1.6kg sachets to 12.5kg bags and cartons.
