Franzipan

Our new nut free alternative to Almond Franzipan retains all the flavour and versatility of the original, but contains no nut allergens. Franzipan is a powder concentrate made using apricot kernels and almond flavouring. Franzipan Concentrate can be used to layer stollen, as a bake stable filling, and as a filling in whirled buns and doughnuts. It retains moistness and a delicious fresh almond flavour throughout baking, and is freeze-thaw stable. Available in 12.5kg bags.
