Glenbervie Home Farm goes pink for breast cancer awareness - Macphie

Glenbervie Home Farm is painting the countryside pink in support of breast cancer awareness this summer.

Joining hundreds of farms across the UK, Glenbervie Home Farm has replaced its usual black hay bale wrap with pink as part of a nationwide initiative to show support for cancer research. Every time a limited edition pink wrap is sold, a percentage goes directly to Cancer Research UK.

Farm Manager, John Lohoar said, “We’re delighted to make this small change in order to support such a worthy cause. It’s created a real talking point amongst passers-by in the community which is exactly what the initiative intends. It’s great that so many farms across the UK are doing their bit.”
