GlenGlaze is a ready-to-use, liquid glaze designed to add a natural, golden finishing touch to all types of savoury and confectionery products. It gives a bright, rich, long-lasting shine. Suitable for application either by brushing or spraying using a hand-held spray gun or an automated spinning disc system. Suitable for both pre and post bake application. Once applied, it is non-sticky, can be chilled or frozen and remains intact for the shelf life of the product.
