One of the five “mother” sauces, this is a creamy butter sauce made with lemon juice and egg yolk. Available in both ambient, ready-to-use format and frozen sachets.

 

Ready to use Hollandaise Sauce - Simply heat and drizzle over fish, pasta or asparagus. It can also be used to create a variety of delicious dips. Bain-marie, microwave and freeze-thaw stable. Ultra heat treatment and aseptic packaging assures a long, ambient shelf life, unopened, and makes for easy storage. Suitable for vegetarians. Available in 12 x 1 litre and 10 litre packs.

 

Frozen Hollandaise Sauce - Simply defrost, heat and serve on demand. Bain-marie and micro-wave stable. Contains no artificial colouring or flavours. Shelf life of up to 18 months. Available in 24 x 75g sachets/carton.
