A concentrated, sweetened confectionery filling. Just add water to make a smooth paste that whips up to give a versatile, inexpensive filling. By varying the amount of water added, you can obtain a light, airy texture or a firm, creamy texture. It has a rich sweet flavour. Depending on make-up, application and storage conditions, Macfil offers a minimum of 10-14 ambient shelf life. It is ideal for fruit tarts, cream cookies and Swiss rolls.
