Macphie unveils new low-fat Orange Sauce

Macphie Orange Sauce is a glossy, tangy sauce with shreds of orange peel, which makes the perfect accompaniment to duck. It contains just 0.1% fat.

The range of convenient, pour over sauces has been developed by chefs for chefs, to meet the demands of busy pubs and restaurants. Available in eight delicious flavours, including Hollandaise, Diane, Au Poivre, Madeira, Bearnaise, Dijonaise and Chasseur.
