Made using non-hydrogenated fats, this helps bakers to capitalise on consumer demands for better-for-you products. This is a fine-textured dusting powder that can be applied instead of icing powder. It will not dissolve when chilled, or frozen and thawed, making your confectionery items more eye-catching to customers.

 

It can be customised with the addition of a few drops of food colouring.
