Panna Cotta

Italian for “cooked cream,” Panna Cotta originates from the Piedmonte region of Italy. Macphie Panna Cotta is a smooth, white, creamy dessert with a real dairy flavour. Simply heat the liquid, pour into moulds, leave to set, cool, turn out of mould and serve. Macphie fruit coulis, available in three fresh flavours - raspberry, blackcurrant and mango, provides a delicious finishing touch or serve with fresh fruit or fruit compotes.

 

Unopened the packs do not require chilled storage, once opened the packs must be kept chilled and be used within seven days. Each 1 litre pack contains approximately eight portions. Once the desserts are made up they can be kept refrigerated for two days. Available in 12x1 litre packs.
