Crème Brûlée

Macphie Crème Brûlée is an exciting addition to any dessert menu. It's delicious, creamy and so easy to use. Simply heat the liquid in a pan, pour into ramekins, chill for at least 2 hours, then use a chef’s blow torch to caramelise a thin, crispy layer of sugar on top before serving. You can create countless different flavours by adding a liqueurs, fruit, spices & sweet sauces.

Unopened, the packs do not require chilled storage, once opened, keep refrigerated and use within seven days. Each 1 litre pack yields approximately eight portions. Once the desserts are made they can be kept refrigerated for two days. Available in 12x1 litre packs.
