This refreshing fruit coulis brings an instant taste of the Carribean to any dish. It is extremely versatile and easy to use. As well as garnishing starters and desserts, it can be used to add flavour intensity to fruit smoothies, cocktails or fruit punch.
Alternatively, Mango ku:li can be blended with Macphie Demi-Glace Sauce and a choice of herbs and spices, to create delicious Caribbean-style dishes, dips and soups.
Packed in convenient 12 x 475g squeezy bottles with a re-sealable, twist and turn nozzle, so there’s no need to decant it prior to use. Use your creative flair to produce very accurate plate decorations - hearts, teardrops, zigzags and spider’s webs - which can be prepared ahead of service and remain stable.
Free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and contains less than 0.5 per cent fat.
Mango ku-li™ can be used hot or cold in sweet and savoury dishes. Drizzle over starters and salads, or combine with our Demi-Glace Sauce to produce a delicious jus to accompany duck, game, chicken or lamb. It adds a touch of luxury to all desserts, whether drizzled over ice-cream sundaes, fruit tarts or pavlovas, or used as an ingredient to create sorbets, crumbles, cheesecakes or bavarois. It have a long, ambient shelf life, unopened, which is easy to store.
