State-of-the-art extrusion technology enables us to produce stuffing pellets and logs in many different shapes and sizes. Ingredients such as rice, couscous, vegetables, fruit and cooked meats can be mixed with fresh herbs and spices to add interesting textures and flavours. When used within formed products, extruded stuffing logs enhance flavour profiles by absorbing cook out and improve visual appeal when served.
