Glendelight is a cream alternative suitable for pouring, whipping and piping. Made with vegetable oil and milk protein. Glendelight has a cool, delicious taste with significantly less fat than whipped dairy cream. It is also an excellent carrier for a whole range of flavours, including alcohol and is freeze / thaw stable for maximum versatility.
