Designed for use at between 11-15%, this paste concentrate is very easy to use and produces exceptionally soft rolls, baps, hamburger rolls, etc., requiring only the addition of flour, yeast and water. Sofrol is suitable for use on all mixing systems. Available in 12.5kg cartons.
