Sour Cherry ku-li™
NEW Sour Cherry ku-li™ is made from the finest morello cherries and 100% natural ingredients. Packed in convenient 12 x 475g squeezy bottles with a re-sealable, twist and turn nozzle, there’s no need to decant it prior to use. Use your creative flair to produce very accurate plate decorations - hearts, teardrops, zigzags and spider’s webs - which can be prepared ahead of service and remain stable.
Free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives and contains less than 0.2 per cent fat.
Sour Cherry ku-li™ can be used hot or cold in sweet and savoury dishes. Drizzle over starters and salads, or combine with our Demi-Glace Sauce to produce a delicious jus to accompany duck, game, chicken or lamb. It adds a touch of luxury to all desserts, whether drizzled over ice-cream sundaes, fruit tarts or pavlovas, or used as an ingredient to create sorbets, crumbles, cheesecakes or bavarois. It have a long, ambient shelf life, unopened, which is easy to store.
