NEW Strawberry & Rhubarb ku-li™ combines the sweetness of strawberries with the tartness of rhubarb. It is a perfect complement to ice-cream, cheese-cakes, pancakes or yoghurt. It can also be baked into crumbles, muffins and soufflés. It comes ready-to-pour in convenient, 475g squeezy bottles with a fine, stay clean nozzle, so there's no need to decant it. This allows chefs to create plate decorations quickly and effectively with no fuss or mess. It holds its shape, does not bleed and can be prepared well ahead of service. Free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives it contains less than 0.1% fat.

It can be used hot or cold in sweet and savoury dishes. Drizzle over starters and salads, mix into smoothies, pour onto meusli or porridge. It has six months ambient shelf life, unopened, which is easy to store. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 7 days.
