Aberdeen Angus Slice

Ingredients:
1kg Cubed Steak
1 litre Macphie Demi-Glace Sauce
200g Diced Onion
200g Baby Button Mushrooms
50g Tomato Puree
8g Garlic Puree
Seasoning
60g Filset
GlenGlaze

Method:
Brown cubed steak
Add Demi-Glace Sauce, diced onion, baby button mushrooms, tomato purée and garlic purée to the pan
continue to cook for 20 minutes
Season to taste and allow to cool
Add Filset and mix thoroughly
Spread filling onto sheets of puff pastry and top with another sheet and cut into desired shapes
Brush with GlenGlaze
Bake at 220ºC (440ºF) for 30 minutes until golden brown
If using tinned steak simply combine all ingredients together and cook as required
