Belgian Waffles

Ingredients:
1kg American Pancake Concentrate
1kg Bread Flour
1.5kg Cold Water

Method:
Blend American Pancake Concentrate and bread flour together in a machine bowl. Add water gradually on 1st speed
Scrape down well and whisk on fast speed to achieve a smooth batter
Grease waffle iron prior to use with Trennwax Spray Extra
Deposit onto waffle iron
Cook for 60-90 seconds until golden
Serve with O.T.T. Chocolate or O.T.T. Butterscotch Dessert Topping, maple syrup, blueberries, sliced bananas, apples or ice-cream for extra indulgence!
