Carrot & Coriander Soup

Ingredients:
1kg Macphie Sauce Blanche  
400g Vegetable stock       
450g Carrots
2 Garlic Cloves      
1 Onion
1 tbsp Ground Coriander
1 tbsp Oil
Fresh Coriander
Seasoning

Method:
Chop onions, garlic and carrots. Heat the oil in a pan and fry for 3-4 minutes
Stir in the ground coriander and season well. Cook for 1 minute
Add vegetable stock and bring to the boil. Simmer until vegetables soften
Liquidise in a food processor until smooth
Reheat, stir in fresh coriander and serve

Alternatively, try adding a range of ingredients to Macphie Sauce Blanche to make delicious and exciting varieties of soup. For example; asparagus, cream of chicken, vegetable, tomato and orange, cauliflower, watercress and much more
