Chicken Chasseur
Ingredients:
1 litre Macphie Demi-Glace Sauce
Chicken Breasts
200g Button Mushrooms - sliced
150g Onions - sliced
Pinch of Tarragon
Seasoning
Method:
Season the chicken and pan-fry over a medium-high heat, turning, until golden on both sides
Add the onions and mushrooms to the pan, stirring occasionally until they have a little colour and are beginning to soften
Add Macphie Demi-Glace Sauce and simmer for 40-50 minutes until the chicken is tender
Scatter over the herbs and serve
