Extra Virgin OliveOoil
Lemon Juice
Seasoning
200g Cooked Crayfish Tails
340g Fresh or Tinned Mango
ku-li® Mango Coulis
Method:
Dress mixed salad leaves with extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
Add cooked crayfish tails
Add fresh or tinned mango
Serve each portion with a drizzle of ku-li® Mango Coulis
