Mussels au Gratin

Ingredients:
Mussels
Macphie White Wine Sauce
Flat leaf Parsley
Parmesan Cheese
Dried Breadcrumbs
Lemon Wedges

Method:
Scrub mussels under running water; discard any that do not close; remove beards
Place mussels in an empty saucepan and steam until shells open, about 2 minutes
Remove from shell
Mix with White Wine Sauce, chopped flat leaf parsley and grated Parmesan cheese
Return mussels and sauce to shells
Top with dried breadcrumbs and bake at 180ºC (360ºF) for 4-5 minutes until golden brown
Serve immediately with lemon wedges
