Method

  1. Place Macphie Chocolate Orange Sensation® mix, water and oil into a mixer fitted with beater.

  2. Mix on slow speed for 1 minute.

  3. Scrape down and mix for a further 4 minutes on medium speed.

  4. Deposit 35g of batter into cupcake cases and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 25-30 minutes.

  5. Once cool, heat Macphie 5th Avenue® Caramel Icing until pourable consistency (45°C) and flood cupcake.

  6. Cut up Curly Wurly for antlers, place on sweet noses and pipe eyes, mouths etc with melted chocolate.
