1. Make up a cookie dough using Macphie Cookie Mix (made up as per TI sheet). Roll out the dough into a cigar and divide into 10 x 50g rounds
    2. Cut each fig into 6 equal pieces
    3. Place each cookie puck into a blini pan and press out to fit pan. Arrange sliced fig pieces on top of cookies and bake for 10/15 minutes until cookies are golden brown
    4. Remove from oven, taking care as pan handles will be hot. If serving as a dessert, pour over Maple O.T.T® and sweet snow before serving
    5. If serving as a grab-and-go snack, wait until cooked and pour over small amount of Maple O.T.T® and sweet snow for decoration
