Method Makes 11 pancakes

  1. Whisk 200g mix and 240ml water, the mix will be thick and lumpy.

  2. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before use.

  3. Heat a lightly greased frying pan or griddle over a medium heat.

  4. Use a ladle to scoop approximately 40g of batter into the pan.

  5. Wait until the top of the pancake begins to bubble, then turn over and cook until golden brown.

  6. Drizzle with Macphie o.t.t® Maple Flavour Syrup dessert topping.
