Method

  1. Place the Macphie Apple and Cinnamon Sensation®, water & oil in a mixing bowl fitted with a beater.

  2. Mix on a slow speed for 1 minute. Scrape down and mix for a further 4 minutes on a medium speed.

  3. Deposit 100g of apple & cinnamon batter into pastry cases.

  4. Top with chopped apple.

  5. Rub butter into Macphie Shortbread Mix to make a crumble and sprinkle on top of apples.

  6. Bake at 185°C (365°F) for 35 minutes.
