- Pour Macphie Panna Cotta into a saucepan and gently heat to 85-90ºC, stirring continuously
- Add Baileys into Panna Cotta
- Pour Panna Cotta into shot glasses
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, or until set
- Finish with OTT® Toffee Sauce and fudge pieces.

- 125g OTT® Toffee Sauce
