1. Make Softie Dough (see Softie Dough recipe).
    2. Dock the dough well, allow to rest for 30 minutes then bake blind for 5 minutes at 200°C.
    3. Allow to cool.
    4. Smooth a generous layer of Luxury Banoffee Filling over the base.
    5. Slice and create a new layer with the banana.
    6. Layer whipped GlenDelight® over the top.
    7. Grate and sprinkle chocolate over the cream to finish.
