- Make Softie Dough (see Softie Dough recipe).
- Dock the dough well, allow to rest for 30 minutes then bake blind for 5 minutes at 200°C.
- Allow to cool.
- Smooth a generous layer of Luxury Banoffee Filling over the base.
- Slice and create a new layer with the banana.
- Layer whipped GlenDelight® over the top.
- Grate and sprinkle chocolate over the cream to finish.
