1. Warm up the jackfruit until heated through thoroughly.
    2. Spread the jackfruit evenly over the tortilla chips.
    3. Sprinkle over the cheese and grill until melted.
    4. Mix the b├ęchamel & lemon together and drizzle over the top.
    5. Garnish with the chilli & spring onion.
