Method

  • Warm up the jackfruit until heated through thoroughly

    Spread the jackfruit evenly over the tortilla chips

    Sprinkle over the cheese and grill until melted

    Mix the b├ęchamel & lemon together and drizzle over the top

    Garnish with the chilli & spring onion

  • 1 large bag tortilla chips
  • 150g Macphie BBQ Pulled Jackfruit
  • 50g Macphie Bechamel with Butter sauce
  • 10g lemon juice
  • half a chilli, sliced
  • four spring onions
  • 50g grated cheese
