1. Place the Brownie Mix in a bowl with the oil and mix on slow speed for 30 seconds
    2. Add the water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed
    3. Scrape down and mix for a further 1 minute on slow speed
    4. Deposit a layer into prepared shortcrust pastry cases and bake at 190°C for 25 minutes
    5. Once cooled, top with a layer of Luxury Belgian Chocolate Filling and decorate with gold lustre
