    1. Pre-heat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
    2. Mix all of the ingredients (apart from the black cherry filling) on slow for 1 minute.
    3. Scrape down the bowl.
    4. Mix on middle speed for 6 minutes.
    5. Deposit into 2 greased and bottom lined foil trays and spread evenly.
    6. Pipe lines of black cherry filling over the batter in diagonal lines.
    7. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 35-40 minutes.
    8. Once cool, cut into portions.
