1. Add Macphie Cherry Bakewell Sensation® mix to a machine bowl fitted with a beater.
    2. On 1st speed slowly add the water and oil and mix for 1 minute.
    3. Scrape down and continue mixing for a further 2 minutes on 2nd speed.
    4. Reduce to 1st speed and mix for a final 1 minute.
    5. Deposit into a 7” X 12” baking tray and spread evenly.
    6. Bake at 160oC  (360oF) for 50 – 60 minutes.
    7. Once cooled cut into squares, dip in melted butter mixed with Amaretto to taste.
    8. Roll in Demerara/Muscovado sugar blend.
