• Makes 1 main sized portion or 2 starters

    1. Mix the Macphie Plant-Based White Sauce, garlic puree, cracked black pepper and 50g of the vegan hard cheese or vegan Parmesan together to make the dressing (make sure to crumb the cheese if not already in crumb form)
    2. Boil the vegetables until cooked but still have bite to them
    3. Bind the vegetables in the dressing and top with the Parmesan shavings
