• Makes 2 trays

    1. Pre-heat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
    2. Mix together all the ingredients for 1 minute on slow speed.
    3. Scrape down the bowl.
    4. Mix for 6 minutes on middle speed.
    5. Deposit into 2 greased and bottom lined foil trays and spread evenly.
    6. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 35-40 minutes.
    7. Once cool top with Macphie Rainbow Frosting Vanilla.
    8. Once cool, cut into portions and decorate as desired.
