    1. Mix dry ingredients together, add liquids and beat for 5 minutes on medium speed (add sultanas at the end).
    2. Divide batter into 2 x large loaf cakes
    3. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 55-55 minutes.
    4. Allow to cool.
    5. Top with Macphie Vegan Vanilla Frosting and decorate with sugar paste carrots and chopped pistachio nuts.
