Method

  • Serves two

    1. Half whip 300g Mactop® Traditional.
    2. Fold the cinnamon, clove and nutmeg into the Mactop® Traditional.
    3. Serve in a latte glass, first pour in the strong tea and then top with the half whipped Mactop® mixture and finish with a rosette of whipped Mactop® Traditional.

  • 60g strong chai tea
  • 1.5g cinnamon
  • pinch of ground clove
  • pinch of ground nutmeg
