Half whip 300g Mactop Traditional.
Fold the cinnamon, clove and nutmeg into the Mactop.
Serve in a latte glass, first pour in the strong tea and then top with the half whipped Mactop mixture and finish with a rosette of whipped Mactop traditional.

- 60g strong chai tea
- 1.5g cinnamon
- pinch of ground clove
- pinch of ground nutmeg
