1. Cook gnocchi as per instructions on pack.
    2. Combine pecorino, stilton and Macphie Bechamel Sauce together.
    3. Mix with gnocchi, place in ovenproof dish and top with mozzerella and breadcrumb mixture.
    4. Place in a hot oven for 15-20 minutes until top is crisp.

  • 100g pecorino
  • 150g Blue Stilton or similar
  • 1200g fresh gnocchi
  • 50g breadcrumbs
