Chocolate Orange Christmas Pudding

- Add liquids to Macphie Chocolate Orange Sensation® Cake Mix in a bowl fitted with a beater for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and mix for a further 2 minutes on medium speed.
- Deposit batter into lightly oiled pudding shapes. Place the shapes into a tray with water covering at least one third of the shapes. Cover with tin foil and bake at 180°C (355oF) for 40-45 minutes
- Once cooled pour over with Macphie 5th Avenue® Dark Chocolate Icing and decorate with holly if desired.

- 435g water
- 250g oil
- Macphie 5th Avenue® Dark Chocolate Icing
