1. Place Chocolate Pot into a saucepan and boil vigorously for 2 minutes, stirring regularly.
    2. Pour into pastry cases and leave to cool slightly, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
    3. Once cooled, finish with fresh raspberry and dust with cocoa powder
    4. Use a pastry brush to smear OTT Chocolate across plate and serve.
