Method

  • Makes 6-8 portions

    1. Beat the Mississippi Chocolate Muffin/Cake Mix , water and oil together, mix for 2 minutes until smooth.
    2. Pour into a well greased shallow sponge tin/baking tray.
    3. Cook in the oven at 180°C (355°F) for 30 minutes.
    4. Serve with warm chocolate  sauce or custard.

  • 125g vegetable oil
  • Chocolate sauce or custard to serve
