Makes 6-8 portions
- Beat the Mississippi Chocolate Muffin/Cake Mix , water and oil together, mix for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour into a well greased shallow sponge tin/baking tray.
- Cook in the oven at 180°C (355°F) for 30 minutes.
- Serve with warm chocolate sauce or custard.

- 125g vegetable oil
