Method

    1. Make Softie Dough (see Softie Dough recipe)
    2. Dock the dough well, allow to rest for 30 minutes then bake blind for 5 min at 200°C
    3. Allow to cool
    4. Smooth a generous layer of Chocolate Frosting over the base
    5. Add strawberries, marshmallows and whipped GlenDelight®
    6. Drizzle Chocolate OTT to finish
