- Place 5th Avenue® Strawberry Icing in a bain-marie, or plastic container in a micro-wave, and heat to 60ºC (140ºF).
- Stir regularly to ensure the heat is evenly distributed.
- Stir in coconut until fully covered.
- Press into greased 7” x 12” foil trays.
- Leave to cool.
- Cut into small squares and serve.
