1. Place 5th Avenue® Strawberry Icing in a bain-marie, or plastic container in a micro-wave, and heat to 60ºC (140ºF).
    2. Stir regularly to ensure the heat is evenly distributed.
    3. Stir in coconut until fully covered.
    4. Press into greased 7” x 12” foil trays.
    5. Leave to cool.
    6. Cut into small squares and serve.
